It's been popping up regularly; stick an unwelded diff in it and it'd make a nice road car (or you could buy the TR7 axle I've got and drive it without bursting the back axle....).

That's what he's asking, not what he'll take for it. You could swap in the TR7 diff unit (which will be ideal at 3.63:1 if it's from a 4 speed TR7).
