Another pick up gone

Post by lock1506 » Sun Nov 02, 2014 6:10 pm

Just found a Brian James car trailer on ebay and there is a marina/ Ital pickup in the background that looks like it has had new wings fitted, not even painted yet and then they have been cut away in banger style, with the price of wings these days what a waste.

If you search "Brian James Car Transporter* you'll find it. The pick up doesn't seem too bad but you never know until you have a look.

He also has an Austin A60 for sale, check out the car in the background: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/austin-cambri ... 2343409590

It looks like NGW 419L with those wing mirrors and primer on the wings.

It looks me as though the wings have been cut up to make repair sections, to save another car. Rarther than remove the wings complete for some reason.

He wants £800 for the pick up. He states it's a Marina and needs "total restoration".

£800! That's a bit much. If the underside is good and the wings weren't cut up maybe
