How much is it worth?

Ive recently looked at restoring a marina, after the stories of how good it when my Dad had one as a first car. However im looking to do something different. If I pick up a Morris Marina 1.3 super coupe, restore it and convert it into a rally replica similar to this:
If I do this and I can buy a marina for around £1000 restore it and make it look like this, how much am I realistically going to sell it for. Ive not seen much about marinas on the internet, so hopefully you experts out there can help!

If you do a Marina rally car, you'll need to find another like minded owner who wants a rally car. There have been a couple done over the years, so unless they want to go rallying, then probably worth no more than a standard car.

There are a couple of exceptions to this, the original AOX works car and a genuine or replica ST road car, both worth considerably more than standard. Most rally replicas have been built by their owners for themselves rather than sell on.
