Very original Josh, I like it! Period rear window louvre and boot lid spoiler. Side pipes as well - very 1970s Custom Car, are they connected or just for show?

I bet your teeth get full of bugs with that one!
Is it a V8 or are those fake pipes?

It's a drum brake 1.3 A series- All show no go! The owner was going to stick a V8 in it but parked it up in 1981 and never got round to it. Full story coming soon...

The exhausts are connected!

Made my van work for it's keep today, took a full load down to Newark autojumble and saw Barry for a quick catch up. Van behaved perfect as always, I keep thinking about selling it has it needs work that I haven't time to do but then I do a run like that and think I need to restore it.

Commercials are like that aren't they? Just when I think I need another Coupe, I drive the Pickup and change my mind again.

Nearly got the old girl back on the road . The main emphasis is getting it mot'd and usable . The woodwork has been varnished , took for ever ! New fuel cap sourced from fleabay . May get the MOT this week . The only real irk at the moment is the batteries draining if left connected . Must be a faulty diode in the alternator .
Once roadworthy will be off to the signwriters for its livery . It will be the airfield advertising medium , on sunny days !
