An Ital 1.7 is now added to the Morris fleet . I have been out for a drive today and what a little gem. No rattles or clunks and everything works as it should .

Thanks Chris , though its exactly as I bought it . That and the diesel pickup are fully road legal . The pickup however is pulling air in from somewhere so hope to get that sorted quickly as I want it ready for our car rally on the 19th of September .MarinaCoupe wrote:Looks great.

Liking the Ital. Really wanted one when I joined the forum, gave up after a couple of years searching as the only ones that turned up were beyond hope full rebuilds. Yours looks perfect well done. Must admit though, I've no regrets in my mk3.
Josh - you mention you have some pinstripes, any gold that would suit the HL? Also what diameter is the clock? Would that fit mine? One in the HL will not come to life.

I'll dig them out this afternoon. Not sure how sticky they are though...
Is that Ital A152 JCE? Lived up here for a while. Has a bit of filler in the sills but on the whole a nice car, top spec too

I got the drivers seat reupholstered using the 'skin' from a spare passengers seat.
Yesterday I had new brushes fitted to the alternator to stop the little orange light of doom from glowing.
