REP is going in for MOT on Monday so had to replace the seatbelts due to serious wear.
The box in between the seats is what REP had fitted originally when she had static belts so back in it go's!

Good to see I'm not the only one with a penchant for fluffy seat covers

Wow love those seat covers! Coupe looking great Martin, can't wait to see it myself.
CVF has been misfiring a bit recently, a quick look at the state of the points and I could see why. I popped a new set in plus a new condensor, spark plugs, fuel hoses and fitted some door mirrors then took it for a spin in the sunshine

Re: What did you do to your Marina today?
REP failed her MOT
nothing serious, she needs a patch letting in on the rear quarter and one of the spring hangers are rotten. I have new spring hangers, I bought them through the club if I remember? Now I have no excuse to put off getting them done.
Can't re-test until next week cos the garage is chock so REP is going to miss out on a classic car show in Swansea this Monday
Never mind, PTH will be flying the flag so not all bad.
To d13ker67, almost finished with your panels mate I haven't forgotten! just waiting on the printers and to see if the paint is a match for the gold versions.
They were looking a bit tired so I spruced them up a bit for you

Re: What did you do to your Marina today?
Well confession time, i've not touched my Marina for ages and to be honest i'd lost enthusiasm. Anyways I decided to put it up for sale and I thought id sold it. Price agreed/car cleaned up ready for collection. All my spares including new wings gathered from various storage areas (spent ages in time and fuel as my stuff is stored everywhere). Anyways at the eleventh hour I receive a second very lowly offer for the car which upset me somewhat given the time and effort and parts I had in the car.
So to cut a long story short the Marina is staying which I am pretty chuffed about to be honest, gonna do some work on it tomorrow to cheer me up. The other downside was that i'd agreed to buy another car but i've not been able to complete the sale due to this (like buying a house this !!!)
So sins confessed - I wont try to sell the marina again ..
