Where are the best spots, front and back, to raise a Marina with a floor jack?

A picture's worth a thousand words (from the 1972 NZ Marina owner's handbook) ...

Thanks! What if one is working on the suspension? Where would you put jack stands, and is there a good spot under the front to lift the car with a floor jack?

Where cross member and front chassis leg join. Never work under car with just the jack always use an axle stand or something that is not going to move or squash like wood or blocks.
