I get the feeling from the first picture and looking at 1973 Jubilees they must of made cuts and stopped dipping them in that magic rust inhibitor after 1972! :shock:

someone painted over my rust inhibiting paint so it doesnt work any more :wink:

The secret was to get them rusty before applying the paint - standard BL practice.
