Ben I've seen stainless steel MGB tanks, the are made up to fit in the same space but seem to be bespoke so they might be able to make a Marina one. I'll try and track down the manufacturer.

Aluminium with magnesium content to withstand unleaded fuel.

The other option, I suppose, would be to use a standard B tank and modify the car to suit?
I always found the marina filler cap a bit of a faff to access. Perhaps I just have big hands?
