Found the 1972 Special Tuning brochure on the MiniMania website, has some nice colour photos of Marinas in the workshop.

That is a cool brochure isn't it Brian? Great to see all the other BL cars as well as the Marinas.
Motor magazine used to have a feature called Motoring Plus where Tony Dron (touring car driver known for Unipart Racing Team/ Leyland Team Dolomite Sprints) used to review tuned production cars. I have a couple, one with a stage 1 BL special tuning Morris 1800 and another with a University Motors "Special" tuned TC saloon, which is super cool and one of my favourite Marinas. Wonder what happened to that car?
