50% reduction on young timer car tax

I have just come across this petition for a 50% reduction in VED for cars 20to 39 years old . It may help reduce the number or good cars scrapped and help protect these cars for future

Signed it ;-) We should make things last as long as possible before they are scrapped. But the world is going against this with firmware and software on items we buy. When the software is no longer supported you get forced to change. Hence why I have kept a Windows 10, 32bit PC and Windows 10 64 bit PC as these are required to run software I have for other items I use which are not supported in Windows 11 etc. real pain.
