Had a nice trip today to pick up our new Isle of Wight acquisition with Uncle Frank and Ben"dont forget the diesel" Clayton !! :lol: Had to keep Frank away from the Dutch wacky backy mind !! :wink:

She's a mk1 , left hand drive fitted with a 2 litre Oseries and automatic box !! And as you can see loaded with lots of shiney new bits !! :D

8) That was a good day out lads ay! :lol: , well we had to have an estate really or the collection would be missing a vital part! :D ..there was one particular item inside that i found fascinating though...a brand new in the box window frame wind deflector!...any old timers out there fancy being able to have your window wound down, without getting a draught?
There was also new front pipes, sill finishers, joints, radiators, mk1 bumpers, Estate tailgates, doors, too much to list really but time well spent collecting it all, nice when you get a real bargain these days :D .

Hi Sean,..no we will keep her as a left hooker i think...it could be handy if we go on any continental Marina runs...such as a trip to Germany to pick up some more of that outstanding German beer Jimbo brought back last time! :wink: :lol:

That was some journey! ! I think Ton has done us proud and I look forward to sorting through the new parts in this dutch treasure trove! The old gal is saved and safely stored .

Shiney bits!? looks like someone's loaded it full of scrap to weigh it in at the metal yard!...
