As an alternative to the IOW bash - I have booked tickets for Knebworth on the Sunday.

Welding is a problem as there isn't any power usually, also Elf & Nasty insist on masking etc. so onlookers don't get welders eye.

However I am sure that there are some non electrical powered things that we could do.

well i just called that gentleman and am going to view the K reg saloon tomorrow morning , so if it is in ok condition , i think i will buy , but then i will have to sell my 1974 mk 1 saloon , and the money from that will go on the K reg

Good to see you today and thanks for the tea, I knew that you fancied the K reg - you are in a race with Gary there mate!

Don't want to put you off but, you are talking about swapping your daily driver for a car that will need at least sills according to the owner, before you can MOT it, plus you will have to find a buyer for Shania (?).

yeah i know - but i have been given orders by the other half -

( i am only allowed one morris ) but am going to give the k reg a good looking over - taking my bro in law with me or i will just cave in and say i want want want , and i have talked to the guy and he said that i can keep it in his garage for a bit ,if i want it that is lol

well i went to see the K reg , and think i am going to leave it there the bloke now wants Ã‚Â£200 for it and i don't think i would like it enough to sell my one , it is limeflower in colour needs a fair bit of work on the drivers side of the car
