NICE , nothing like fresh paint and new/renovated calipers to make the front end look like new :)

Here's a few more pics of the progress today ! Always the same though , you start one job and find a few more that want doing :roll: ! And as she has the slots already cut out for it , i'll fit an anti-roll bar as well ! :wink:

That looks 100% better mate,new rack boot and all! Must dig mine out of its winter sleep!!
Need to get some braided brake hoses from Gary,finish that off :)

BTW, does anybody know if the marina front hubs are common with any of the herald hubs as I was looking at the alloy front hubs that Merlin Motorsport do as a weight saving / PCD conversion opportunity... :|

The only ones that may fit are the TR7 hubs as they share the front wheel bearings with the Marina. I have seen aluminium TR7 hubs about, I think Ben Clayton had a set at one time and he had a contact who could make them up.

All you have to do is find Ben.

Looking good Trev ! :D Those rossini's look good ! Did a bit more tonight as well ! Drilled out the hole for the anti roll bar and put a bit more back together !

just got to get the suspension brackets made on that note do you need the bracket back that i took up with me if so i can post it if need be. for me to fit a front anti rollbar i have got to cut out the slot so a little more work needed there. duel line brakes to be fitted as well so a busy be is me

I reckon you should be able to manage that slot Trev ! And i'm hoping its gonna improve the Mk1 handling alot ! Do you have a spare anti-roll bar ? I imagine you have ! :wink:
