I can code this in quite easily but to be honest I'm not convinced that it won't be abused. Following recent topics here and on the old forum I think that it is a huge can of worms. If I can be assured it will be treated with respect then I may entertain the idea but for now I'm not going to code this just for the site to be the boxing ring for certain members of this forum.

I think this is a very wise idea Ben; a live chat room could lead to things being said and then regretted later. Let’s not spoil this forum and keep it the way it is, you have put a lot of hard work into creating this new site and it would be a shame if it was ruined by out of control conversations.

I wasn't looking to make a boxing ring Ben..

Just thought it would be a good idea for more than two to chat at one time, unlike you can do on the phone...

At the mo, the only way to do that is to sidetrack from someones topic...

Why don't we try it, and i will asure you if anything gets "out of hand", i will respect the decision to cut it off..
