It's obvious that us Marina die hard fans have a horde of cars. I for one have moved them from pillar to post, via a trailer, to different units/workshops over the years. Currently I've a largish unit on a farm that suits my needs, although with the owner now wanting to charge VAT I'm thinking of looking elsewhere. Only problem is that the island doesn't have that many farmers that have barns that are free to store these ageing monuments of the British manufacturing era..
I used to have a rented garage but when the price of "personal storage" became big money (£75 a month), I had to look elsewhere.
So, fellow hoarders.. What's your way of keeping Marinas out from the rain ?

I have the Pickup in a local housing association lockup in a block that I can walk to from home and the Coupe stored sheeted over in a secure barn along with rows of caravans about 3 miles away.

Does your wife bye any chance know mine. I have the Mumford in a council garage in the middle of the city. A nice secure place that you need a keycode to get into and security locks fitted into the garage doors. Need to be careful though they weren't fitted as standard. The SDL resides on one of the driveways.

Garage. Currently 2 spaces for the marina and one of the alfas.
Building a large-ish garage extension in front of the current garage which will house 4 cars.
My wife says she knows I'm already subconsciously planning another garage extension. She's probably right..

1974 White 1.3 Super Coupe, lots of Alfas....

$20k for a 3.6m x 6m block garage (22m2), $100k for a block basement under the whole house (90m2) + $50k to fit-out half as living space. Off to see the bank manager...
