No they aren't nurses they are Wimbledon Fleet Car Drivers - the cars were sponsored by BL. They picked up the players from their homes/hotels and dropped them off at the Tennis ground and then took them back later after their match.

I have seen more recent versions with Ambassadors, SD1s, Montegos, Sierras.
