Nice find 
NNK 728L comes back as a Cortina, NMK 728L is a Viva, MMK 728L a Rover P6, MNK 728L isn't on the database so could have been this car as MNK 730L was also a white TC saloon so presumably part of a batch like the other Police TC saloons were.
