Bristol classic car show

Post by fruity » Mon Jun 15, 2015 12:21 am

Hi all I attended the Bristol classic car show on Saturday, it was a good show plenty of nice motors to look at, and it was good to see Mikey b's TC on show too, ImageImage as we left the show I saw a black Marina van driver out the car park with " DAFFY" written on the side of van, anybody on here or who we know? Also just down the road we saw a nice White estate going around a roundabout, again anyone we know, not sure if these are club members or locals, here's just a few pics of some of the cars we saw.

The white estate is a local, he appears at the Queen's Square breakfast meet occasionally- he visited the NEC stand last year 8-) No idea on the van though!

Very pleased to see that one on the road! It came from John Pinnell's collection (the same guy who had my J reg and Wild Moss saloon). It is the earliest estate I have ever seen and was in really good shape underneath. Sadly it was covered in junk and sandwiched next to a MK3 estate in a partially collapsed shed. No idea who has it now but whoever it is well done for getting it back on the road :)
