It’s from a late Mk1 1.3 Marina.

Your engine is more likely to have come from a saloon/coupe than a commercial. The letter ‘H’ in the code indicates high compression pistons 8.8:1, an ‘L’ would indicate low compression pistons 8.0:1. If your engine has been rebuilt previously, then there’s no guarantee that high compression pistons were used if they were replaced.
A compression check on a good low compression engine should show about 150psi.
