I would come on Sat. but arriving in a BMW just is not as fun! Plus cutting back a bit on petrol until my job improves
But will be there on Sunday to see all the shiny cars!! 8) :D

You'all can come for the ride in my Coupe, but I have no back seatbelts.

If your wife doesn't fancy it, there's a space here.

Just wanted to say I enjoyed the National this year and a good turn out of cars to.
A great location with plenty of space and things to do and see.
Just felt a bit lost with out my car but it is getting there

Congratulations to all who attended,a fantastic run out in the east sussex countryside, much polishing and fettling on the second day to get their cars looking nice.It made me feel a bit guilty only having driven for 25 miles to get there and not even getting a rag out to clean off the bugs.I must say everyone I spoke to seems friendy and helpfull. All I have to do now is put the faces to names on the forum and find a bolt to fit my chrome exhaust finisher(I had my eye on one,you know who you are!)

Isle of Wight next?

Hi Glen,
I had not seen your TC until today! Not many in white now either
Looked an honest car which had not been messed, so what plans have you got for it?

My car was not there as it is still being rebuilt. You can view its progress under Uncle Franks Workshop - Jubilee has landed!

I was wondering around with Jubilee Nut written on the back of my t-shirt! can't miss that!

I will be going to the IOW on the Sunday so maybe see you there!

A good turn out for today, I counted 34 cars plus two Kit cars!

:D Thanks to everyone who turned up today, what a great day!, good turnout, some fantastic cars, and a nice mix of friendly people!, all in a pleasant setting, what more could a Marina fan ask for? , great to see a lot of regulars turning out, plus a few new faces with some stunning cars, Balmy`s TC looked first class, as did the new arrival of the Rheingold TC (finished at last!), there were some really nice examples of pretty much every model of Marina and Ital, well done everyone, see you in August! 8) :D

Who's is the Rheingold Coupe?, Very pretty!
If a link was changed to "ebay linky" then that was probably Sam, because she's sad..

I sure do! Thanks for your help yesterday. Shame my mate Kev took the trim off later and stripped the thread in it! I'll be making him tap a new one in it later this week!

What a great day at the national!
A great selection of mk 1's and mk 3's, some real minters!
Only a couple of mk 2's (Leslie's mk 2 restored by Frank was probably better than it left Cowley!) and 5 itals.
Chris Weedon remarked that the DVLA only has 60/70 itals on there database now!!!!!

Still struggleing to put forum members to faces, who's who?????
