Re: Cooling...
I had a Sherpa core fitted into my tanks and frame. I then had them solder in a boss to take a temp switch for fan M22 thread I think, as there were a good few options for referent switch temperatures listed for that thread. Details are on my Nice Brown MK3 Coupe thread. I mounted a pusher condensor ...

Re: 1.7 and 2.0 O series compatibility. Replacement or replacement parts
I personally wouldn't bother with low compression pistons, as the fuel is more than capable of running on a HC engine, all be it you may have to retard the ignition a couple of degrees if it pinks. I converted a Transit Pinto I once had from LC to HC don't recall it sounding any different. Very much ...

Re: Another clutch question
I would not recommend replacing either the cover or the centre plate on its own replace them as a kit preferably from the same manufacture. As replacing one on its own can lead to fault including not clearing correctly clutch slip and Judder. Also ensure the flywheel face and Spigot bearing are in ...

Re: Hunting for morris marina van front discs
Get a 3/8 UNF Female brake nut and braze the hole over. Unscrew the caliper pipe at flexi, screw on brazed nut it works a treat done it for years also have a metric M10 one for modern pipes in my toolbox.

propshhaft overdive.jpg
It is possible to obtain the above but were very rare i think some early Volvos used a overdrive in the propshaft I think it would be a lot of work and be easier to install a overdrive 5 speed gearbox or something like a Dolomite or Spitfire OD box. Whatever route you take ...

Re: Propshaft flange
The same axle was used in Triumph dolomite excluding sprint Tr7 4 Speed As far im aware it would have been a common yoke back in the day A propshaft manufacturer would e most likely to have something suitable Baily Morris is a company that springs to mind

Re: Marina van front hub
7/16 UNF more than likely if a 10cwt could be a old BSF thread due to age of rear axle my best bet would be 7/16 though
